


The Pacific
Islanders
are a Polynesian dance troupe offering complete Luau's, Polynesian performances
including Tahitian Drum Band, Fire Dancers, Tahitian, Hawaiian, Maori and Samoan
Dancers, and Hulagrams. We offer small and large shows from two to twelve
performers. The Pacific Islanders have performed around the country and as far
away as China.. The
troupe toured with the Bob Marley Festival for three years.

Shireem Pualani Sue started training for the Polynesian dance in 1980 with Pua Lee. Soon after Pua moved to another state Shireem started the performing group "The Pacific Islanders Show". Her daughter Susan is assistant director for the Pacific Islanders and their Oriental Dance Companies. Shireem- "I love to travel and some of my best trips have been to teach at dance workshops and performances". Susan has been dancing since 1982. She teaches advanced and intermediate belly dance classes and is assistant director/lead dancer of the Pacific Islanders Polynesian Show. Lotus Dancers and Mystic Dancers. Susan has performed and taught workshops across the country and internationally. She has two children and a full time job. Her son drums with the band under the direction of Craig McCabe. Hawaiian, Craig McCabe, from the island of Ohua, is the Tahitian Band director, Samoan fire knife dancer and Hawaiian dancer and announcer. Although he has been dancing his whole life, he has been with the Pacific Islanders about 11 years.
